Not implemented or validated:
- Catalog of laboratory tests, specimen tracking, verification/approval, release to patients.
- Medication catalog, formulation, contraindications, allergy checks, pharmacist professional credential checks.
- Batch inventory, quantity deductions, controlled medications, dispensing validation.
- Clinical sign-off, immutable event history and integration with payments.
- Running application, migrations, tests or deployment.

All information must remain synthetic. Do not use with real patient information or clinical operations.
